Vector Structures was proud to undertake the design of what was noted as the largest private basement in Cookham at the time. Spanning two storeys, this luxurious space included an Olympic-sized swimming pool, golf simulator, sauna, and gym.

To ensure precision and efficiency, we developed a full BIM model of the structure, allowing for coordination and design optimisation. The basement featured pile walls for lateral and vertical support, while the base and slabs were constructed with thick reinforced concrete for durability and strength.

The design also accounted for large internal openings, which required extensive reinforcement and advanced engineering expertise to maintain structural integrity.
