Vector Structures played a key role in constructing a multi-storey unit on a confined site, housing 10 flats. Entrusted with delivering a comprehensive structural package, Vector Structures also provided on-site support throughout the construction process. The new masonry was strategically employed to support the superstructure, and reinforced footings were utilized for the substructure.

A noteworthy design feature involved prioritizing the use of timber for the roof, aiming to maintain cost-effectiveness and promote sustainability in the project.
